The G20 has become one of the central forums for international cooperation. This year, China holds the G20 presidency, which will be followed by Germany in 2017. Both countries will aim to strengthen the role of the G20 in the global governance structure despite increasing regional fragmentation. The discussion of the event focused on the necessary steps that need to be taken.
