Dual study programme

In 2025, the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) will be offering an apprenticeship for the dual study programme in Research and Innovation Management (Bachelor of Arts) for the first time.

The theoretical content is taught by our cooperation partner, Koblenz University of Applied Sciencesat, Remagen Campus. At IDOS, you will deepen your knowledge through practical application and gain experience. You will be supported by the different departments and by a mentor. Together with experienced colleagues, you will manage third party funded projects and learn about activities in the areas of finance, organisation, IT and human resources. After successfully completing your studies, you can work as a project manager or in traditional business administration fields.

In addition to the formal requirements for the practice-integrated dual study programme, such as a general university entrance qualification, you must be willing to learn and to increasingly work independently and on your own responsibility. You are enthusiastic about topics related to funding management in the field of research on global development and sustainability.

You also enjoy and are interested in working with other people, including those from different cultural backgrounds.
