Press release, Bonn, 23 June 2022: Established in 1964 as the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) gGmbh, the Institute became the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) on 23 June 2022.
IDOS offers employments in the areas of Research, Consulting, Training and Service Facilities.
The German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) is locate in the UN City of Bonn and is one of the world’s leading research institutions and think tanks for global sustainable development. Our work is based on the interplay between Research, Policy Advice and Training. The IDOS is building bridges between theory and practice.
In addition to more ambitious climate protection, the major industrialized countries must do more to combat the global food and debt crisis and make healthcare systems more resilient worldwide.
