The panel debate was an informal ‘Davos style’ session where the facilitator probed key respondents to comment on questions regarding data management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and accountability systems of new and emerging development partners, to better track the contribution that South-South co-operation is making to Agenda 2030. The panel included expert voices from developing and emerging countries as well as Northern partners. Audience participation was warmly encouraged throughout the debate.
